New Products Returns Policy

New products may be returned if a manufacturing fault is found or if the product does not match the description on this website. If the product is returned for any other reason a 15% restocking fee will apply and the buyer will have to pay the original shipping cost.
Otomoto must be contacted within 3 days of the customer receiving the product if the customer wishes to return the product.
The product must be returned to Otomoto for inspection before any replacement product is sent.
Otomoto accepts no responsibility for damage caused in transit once Otomoto has obtained the third party receipt for the goods.
Otomoto's liability is limited to the replacement of products which are proven to have manufacturing faults or to be substantially different to the product description on the website.
All products being returned to Otomoto must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be included when the products are returned, showing the Otomoto invoice number, date of sale and details of the goods purchased.

Payment Policy

All prices for products and shipping on this website include GST.
Payments for orders placed on this website are accepted by direct bank deposit or Paypal if the order is being sent to the customer. Orders may also be picked up and paid for in our store by cash, card or eftpos.
Customers should note that payments made by direct deposit can take up to 3 business days to clear. No products will be shippied until payment has cleared.
Credit card payments are subject to our fraud detection process. If a payment is deemed risky by this process we reserve the right to cancel the order unless alternative payment is made. In this case the purchaser will be advised by email within 5 days to cancel their card payment.


Following receipt of payment, Otomoto will ship orders to the delivery address provided to us in the customer's account details. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all account details are entered online correctly and are up to date prior to placing any order. A valid contact number must also be supplied. Otomoto will not be responsible for any extra delivery cost incurred if our nominated courier or Australia Post has to re-deliver for any reason. Order progress can be checked on this website using the order number. Customers can also contact Otomoto directly by phone or email to enquire about the progress of an order.

Otomoto currently uses Direct Freight road freight, FastWay local courier and Australia Post express post so that orders can be tracked online. Approximate delivery times are listed in the checkout. Otomoto is not responsible for any delivery delay after an order is despatched. Handling time may be up to 3 working days for any order, but we strive to make all in-stock despatches withing one working day.

For out of stock items an estimated time of delivery is shown on the product listing.
If an order or part of an order is unavailable due to nil stock not noted on the website the customer will be contacted by Otomoto within 3 working days by email. The customer may elect to wait for the item to be restocked or cancel the order. If the customer elects to cancel the order Otomoto must receive the cancellation by email within 14 days of the order being placed and Otomoto will issue a refund payment by the same method used by the customer for payment. If the customer elects to wait for the item to be restocked Otomoto is not responsible for delivery delays caused by manufacturer supply, international shipping, customs and quarantine processes.

Where items are listed as 'in transit' the delivery time is an estimate only. Otomoto can not guarantee the delivery time as many factors can cause delays to international shipments.

International Orders

International orders will automatically have GST (10% goods and services tax) removed from the sale price.
Goods are only shipped by a method that can be tracked (DHL or TNT courier) however Otomoto is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
Please note that all prices on this website are in Australian Dollars.


All new products on this website are covered by a 12-month, unlimited kilometre warranty. This warranty begins from the purchase date on this website, irrespective of the date the products are received or fitted to a car. The warranty covers the product itself for manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover any labour cost incurred by fitting or removal, or any damage or injury caused by any failure of the product.

If the product develops any fault during the warranty period, it must be returned to Otomoto at the customer's expense for inspection by Otomoto. If the fault is found to be a direct result of a manufacturing flaw then Otomoto will repair or replace the product at its discretion. Damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation or accidental damage is not covered. The freight cost back to the customer and any other delivery or unforseen costs will have to be paid by the customer whether or not the warranty claim is accepted.

All products listed on this website are designed for RACING USE ONLY. Otomoto does not make any guarantee that they will comply with rules for use on public roads in Australia. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the appropriate local road authorities before using any of these products on public roads.
